The 2038R has a 38 horsepower, 1.568-liter, turbocharged, liquid-cooled, 3-cylinder Yanmar diesel engine. It also has an aftertreatment system with a diesel particulate filter (DPF) that automatically captures particulate matter in the exhaust gas.
