Pilot joystick controls, Enclosed Cab with Heat removable door for summer along with 2-Speed and more. Our Service Dept. did a Full Service including an engine oil change and all new filters: engine, hydraulic, air and fuel filters all new along with a final inspection. On this diesel track 247 B3 with Enclosed Cab the door comes with this Cat and a lot of the pictures it is off of it for summer use. And for winter the Heat and Windshield Wiper does work good. This Skid Steer never had AC through a person could add a Red Dot unit on top. And also from overseas they're now making a self-contained cab mounted external AC unit for under $350 that even if it only lasts two or four years till needing replaced it may be worth trying.
