As animals consume forage, the 6-foot section slides toward the
center until the bale is gone. A tractor isn’t necessary to move
the bale; just pin the bale feeder around the bale. Horizontal bars
work well with polled or horned sheep or goats. Low start-up
cost, but does not make a great hay-saver.
