NOBLELIFT PTE45N ELITE–COMPACT LITHIUM-ION POWERED ELECTRIC PALLET TRUCK The EDGE Elite PTE33N-45N 3,300lb-4,500lb capacity Lithium Pallet Jacks are economical, quiet, very low maintenance, ultra-smooth, and are perfect for light and medium duty material handling. Their extremely compact design, low service weight and small turning radius makes them ideal for loading docks, delivery operations, narrow aisles, and applications within confined spaces like retail stores, business centers, elevators, trailers, containers, and mezzanines warehouses. FEATURES • Equipped with a maintenance-free Lithium Iron Phosphate battery, the longest lasting and safest lithium battery available. Our lithium-iron batteries are equipped with a Battery Management System (BMS), thermal management system, and an automotive-grade DC high-voltage control system. BMS manages charging and discharging data to ensure safety throughout its life cycle. • The EDGE Elite PTE45N has a thermal heated battery for cold storage and low temperature applications down to -0.4 degrees Fahrenheit. • Smart design allows for a one-handed easy battery exchange within seconds. • A wear-resistant and shock-absorbing polyurethane traction wheel ensures superior traction. • The frame of the truck is surrounded by stamped steel and a strong steel apron ensuring the protection of components. The unique fork design allows for easy entrance and exit from pallets and their full length double sided C-shape reinforcement significantly increases the strength and rigidity of the frame. • Ability to overcome ramps up to 4%/16% incline (laden/unladen). • The new generation tiller head has soft grips for comfortable and ergonomic operation. The buttons are larger and can be easily used by operators, even while wearing gloves. • By holding the Turtle button down, the truck will operate with the handle in the upright position, providing safe and easy operation within confined spaces such as steering within a trailer, a container or other small areas. • Dual Butterfly-Style Thumb Controls allow for effortless traveling. Automatic speed reduction, while turning, helps to prevent product damage. • Emergency reverse, horn and electric lifting and lowering buttons. • Curtis controller and CAN-bus technology makes analysis and adjustments easier, reducing downtime. • Built-in charger provides added convenience. • Convenient and fast access to any component of the truck. No Special tools are required. There are no hoses or pipes used in the hydraulic lifting circuit which significantly improves reliability and reduces the amount of potential problems related to leakages through connectors or their seals.
