Shipping: 
Shipping prices are based on the weight of the product and the zip code to which the package will be delivered to through United States Postal Service. Central Iowa Farm Store is not responsible for any damaged packages delivered. USPS is our primary shipping method for packages under 70 lbs. 
Returns:
ON-LINE PURCHASED NEW PARTS- STOCKED IN CIFS INVENTORY:
•	Returned within 14 days from purchase: 
o	15 % Re-stocking fee 
o	Freight outbound and inbound freight paid by customer.
•	No return after 14 days from purchase.

NON-RETURNABLE PARTS:
•	Special ordered parts. Parts not inventoried by CIFS
o	Prepayment required on special order parts.
•	Items not in original packaging, manufacture seal broken or open packages.
•	Expendable items considered non-returnable to the manufacturer such as gaskets, belts, O-rings, hoses, etc.
•	Electrical parts
•	Any part that has been installed, cut to length or manufactured to your specifications.
•	Any fluids or greases either in bulk or containers
