Placing An Order
- When you place an order an Employee at NAS Sales will review the Order with the information you have provided. If needed the Employee will contact you to correct or clarify the details. Once the Order is confirmed it will be processed and shipped to you. When feasible you will be emailed a tracking number. If you need an order more urgent than the 3-5 days Ground, you will need to indicate this, and it may result in additional charges.
- You may place an order on NAS Sales' online website using approved Credit Cards. NAS Sales does not control whom or what Card Providers are accepted by our Card Process Service Company, nor the terms and conditions by and between you and your Card Provider.
- It is your responsibility to respond to any communications from NAS Sales to prevent delay in your order processing. You will be asked in the checkout process for equipment and machine information to ensure you are ordering the correct unit.
Shipping/Local Pick-Up
- Shipping is the responsibility of the buyer and will be arranged after the order has been placed. Shipping fees are not included in the purchase price. You will be contacted once your order is placed about arranging shipping. We can assist with shipping arrangements if needed.
- Local pick-up is free of charge. Please contact us in advance to arrange a time for pick-up.
Credits, Refunds, or Exchanges
- It is your responsibility to contact NAS Sales first and before any attempt to ship an item back to NAS Sales. Once you contact NAS Sales you will be told if and how an item is to be returned. Failure to contact NAS Sales may result in further expenses.
- Any item being returned for credit, refund, or exchange must be accompanied by a copy of the invoice showing the item, or the invoice number supplied at time of return. Credits, refunds, exchanges, and warrantees will be accepted from the buyer at the discretion of NAS Sales, and will be subject to a handling/restocking charge of 25%.
- No item will be accepted for credit, refund, or exchange if it is not in new, resalable condition, or if the item’s packaging is soiled, damaged, or missing, and/or the factory seal has been broken or tampered with, and/or components or instructions are missing, and/or if the item has been disassembled.
Processing & Handling Fees
- Each order is handled with personal care. You have someone to call and ask questions directly. We will be evaluating every part order to make sure you are receiving what your need. We will be emailing or calling you when the need arises. This requires human resources here in the United States. We appreciate your business and hope to provide you convenience with support.
Out Of Stock
- NAS Sales will contact you immediately if the purchased item is no longer available. NAS Sales may offer an alternative method to satisfy your order. It is your responsibility to contact NAS Sales as soon as possible to complete your order.
Sales Tax
- If you live in a State that requires a separate reporting of online sales or use tax, it is your responsibility and not NAS Sales' to report and pay these online sales or use taxes. NAS Sales is only responsible for reporting sales tax to the state that they are located.
