This is a demo bar owned by the manufacturer and minimally used for dealer and farmer demonstration purposes. Fully loaded. New price with specifications would be $225,000. This 24-row toolbar was designed for rental fleets or large farms with high horsepower tractors and undulating ground conditions. The 7-section 6"x6" frame features 1/2" thick center section tubing and 3/8" thick 6"x6" tubes on the wings. The wings have a combined 130" up-flex and a combined 118" down-flex to follow the most difficult terraces. The primary and secondary wing sections feature large single 385/65R22.5 tires to eliminate stress created by tandems. They are in-line with the two sets of oscillating 385/65R22.5 center section tires to provide tight turning radiuses. The oscillating tires spread the load out during transport extending the life of the tires by spreading the weight evenly across the 4 transport tires. In the field they all work in harmony to allow each of the 5 main frame sections to flex independently without compromising working quality. Single point depth control and grease-less, hardened steel anti-rotating pins are standard. The row units are Split Mount style from ShieldAg with 24" smooth coulters. The Edge bent shanks are mounted on the rear of the bar and followed by independent, dual 18" notched mud release blades. The spring in a spring design comes standard with 800 lb trip force. Shield Mole knives round out the ground engaging components. The NH3 system is fully loaded for higher rates and speeds up to 10 mph: Raven Accu-Flow Vortex Cooler with pump, Raven rate control module, Sentinel NH3 system from SurePoint, 4 section shut-off, SurePoint Spartan injection system, 200- gallon tongue mounted tank (for nitrogen stabilizers).
