All you need is flat surface with layer of grass, sand, compost, chopped carpet however no stones. any stones will over time cause penetration through bags lining and lead to bag failure. it is advised to bund the bag with a 1.5 m soil bund, just in the case of puncture due to environmental factors such as vandalism or hurricanes.
