Emiliana Serbatoi - Above Ground MC16 Pro – 16000L Bunded Diesel Storage Tank with Pump 16 000- Litre Capacity Diesel Monitoring, level Probe and Leak Detector FIMAC Volumetric Vane Pump. Flow rate: 80 Litres per minute Specification A double chamber carbon steel tank, S235JR, is electro-welded, sandblasted, and oven- baked powder-coated in accordance with UNI EN 10025 standards. It features a watertight design. The welding procedure of the tank complies with EN 288 standards. Inner chamber steels thickness 6mm, outer chamber steel thickness 6 mm Each tank undergoes a pressure test at either 1.5 bar or 0.5 bar for the interstitial space. Rust protection: Primed with an anti-rust layer and finished with green paint. Tanks are supported by structural steel saddles. The manhole has a diameter of 600mm and is equipped with a gasket and bolted cover. It has a thickness of 10mm. The tank is equipped with a loading access port that features a lockable quick cap and an overfill protection valve. The tank includes a vent device with a flame arrestor mesh. The suction line is equipped with a foot valve and filter. Fuel Transfer Unit – FIMAC Corrosion resistant stainless-steel chassis and panel. Volumetric vane pump with a cast iron body, equipped with an inline strainer, check valve, air eliminator, and internal adjustable bypass valve. Flow rate: 80 litres per minute. Pump voltage: 230 volts, 50Hz. Four-piston meter with a sleeved body, ensuring enhanced reliability as four pistons drive two connecting rods. The meter provides an accuracy of +/- 0.2%. Electronic head equipped with a calculator. LCD display with backlight for enhanced visibility. High precision automatic pulser that can be easily connected to a fuel management system. Fuel Monitoring – EMILPROBE The alarm system continuously monitors the liquid in the tank, providing real-time information on the volume, level, temperature, and presence of water. Level Probe – DIGIMAG A high-precision magneto strictive level probe is utilized for accurate measurement of the liquid level in the tank. Leak Detector – EUROVAC The Eurovac NV leak detector is a vacuum type device specifically designed to comply with EN 13160-2, class 1 standards. It ensures the safe monitoring of double-walled tanks with inner lining, specifically used for the storage of flammable liquid.
