Description
1973 John Deere 4430 with 565 Koyker Loader. Only 4676 hours. It is in good shape, been shaded most of its life and it looks like it. We bought it used in about 1980 but we do not think it has ever been rebuilt or had any major problems. We certainly have had no problems. It has a quad range transmission, shifts good and the clutch feels good. It has both 540 and 1000 rpm PTO. The seal in the PTO leaks a little but I don't think it is hard to fix if you need to stop it completely. There are several You Tube videos on it. The tires are good, and the steering is tight. The loader is in excellent condition.
This is everything negative about the tractor. The heat, ac, and radio do not work. The interior does not have a rubber floor mat, but the rest of the interior just has normal wear and tear. The seat was recovered and is in excellent condition. No significant leaks or problems.
The tractor is very sound, runs well and looks good. It is in Colorado Springs.
