The following was completed by Marcel Equipment;
Upon arrival to our yard, machine was stripped for power washing
Machine was inspected visually & operationally
Engine oil filter was cut open - clean
Transmission filter was cut open - clean
Hydraulic filter was cut open - clean
Axle oils were checked - levels good & oils clean
Engine oil & transmission oils were changed
Coolant was changed
The following pressures were taken to ensure within OEM spec;
Engine high/low rpm
Engine high/low oil pressure
Stall speed
Engine boost
Torque convertor inlet & outlet
Transmission lube
Steering cut-out
Main hydraulic
The following repairs were completed by Marcel Equipment;
NEW Komatsu engine installed under Komatsu update
KDPF was cleaned at 4,780 hours - not required
NEW DEF injector installed
Emission system was serviced
Replaced required hoses
Inspected center hitch - good
Installed NEW bucket pins & bushings
Installed NEW Z-bar assembly
Installed NEW tires
Installed NEW batteries
REBUILT rear axle trunnion
