Placing An Order
When you place an order an Employee at Superior Implement will review the Order with the information you have provided. If needed the Employee will contact you to correct or clarify the details. Once the Order is confirmed it will be processed and shipped to you. When feasible you will be emailed a tracking number. If you need an order more urgent than the 3-5 days Ground, you will need to indicate this, and it may result in additional charges.
You may place an order on Superior Implement's online website using approved Credit Cards. Superior Implement does not control whom or what Card Providers are accepted by our Card Process Service Company, nor the terms and conditions by and between you and your Card Provider.
Superior Implement does not accept, nor handle International Orders due to the restrictions from our manufacturers which require you to purchase from their dealers in your country. Your dealers can arrange with the manufacturers to have obsolete or hard to obtain items to be shipped through their resources from American Dealers. Further, the U.S. Government has certain Restrictions & Compliance requirements.
It is your responsibility to respond to any communications from Superior Implement to prevent delay in your order processing. You will be asked in the check out process for equipment and machine information to ensure you are ordering the correct fit part. If you do not provide this information and there is more than one option, you may be refused a return on the part you order.
Return, and Warranty Policies
Certain Items will not be accepted for credit, refund, or exchange under any circumstances, which include, but are not limited to:
•Tools
•Test Equipment
•Electrical Items
•Manuals
•Gas/Fuel Cans
•Fuses
•Fire Extinguishers
•Lamps and Bulbs
•Jumper Cables
•Snow Chains
•Items cut to length
•Parts & Service Manuals
•Any special order item
•Any item returned more than 30 days from date of purchase
•Items that appear to have been installed
•Used, discontinued, obsolete, Manufacturers’ Non-Returnable, or discounted/Sale priced items
•Clothing, hats, safety or protective apparel to include gloves or like items.
•Any item that has a factory seal that has been broken or packaging that has been opened (such as carburetors, carburetor kits, gaskets and gasket sets, shrink wrapped items, bubble and blister pack items)
Credits, Refunds, or Exchanges
It is your responsibility to contact Superior Implement first and before any attempt to ship an item back to Superior Implement. Once you contact Superior Implement you will be told if and how an item is to be returned. Failure to contact Superior Implement may result in further expenses.
Any item being returned for credit, refund, or exchange must be accompanied by a copy of the invoice showing the item, or the invoice number supplied at time of return. Credits, refunds, exchanges, and warrantees will be accepted from the buyer at the discretion of Superior Implement, and will be subject to a handling/restocking charge of 25% plus any cost incurred to return the item to the warehouse or manufacturer.
No item will be accepted for credit, refund, or exchange if it is not in new, resalable condition, or if the item’s packaging is soiled, damaged, or missing, and/or the factory seal has been broken or tampered with, and/or components or instructions are missing, and/or if the item has been disassembled.
Parts listed in the Non-Returnable List will not be accepted for returns. Non-Returnable other Parts shipped without contacting Superior Implement may at Superior Implement's discretion be disposed of if you do not make arrangements to have them returned to you.
When Cores are designated; Refund or Credit of Cores (“Old Units”) will only be accepted if the core is in re-buildable condition and complete. No credit or refund will be given if the core is not returned in the original packaging. Cores that have not been completely drained of the internal fluids will not be accepted for return and will be prohibited by shippers due to hazardous materials requirements.
Obtain Return Authorization (RMA)
Shipping and Handling charges are not refundable nor covered under any OEM/Vendor Warranty or Guarantee. You may request an RMA for Returns by contacting Superior Implement at 800-430-3437 and selecting Online Parts or emailing [email protected] If you require a shipping label be sent from Superior Implement, there will be an additional cost that may be requested upfront.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The only warranties applying to the products or services are those which may be offered by the manufacturer of the parts or items. Superior Implement expressly disclaim all warrantees, either expressed or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose or application, and neither assumes nor authorizes any other person to assume for it any liability in connection with the sale of any products or services.
Installers Responsibility
It is the installer's responsibility; to provide as many details as possible to include model and serial numbers; to ensure replacement parts are comparable to parts being replaced. Superior Implement assumes no responsibility or liability for damages resulting from the installation of non-comparable or incorrectly ordered parts. Any liability for consequential and/or incidental damages is expressly disclaimed. Superior Implement offers all opportunity to call and ensure correct data and fitment.
Limitation of Liability
Any liability for consequential and/or incidental damages is expressly disclaimed. Superior Implement liability in all events is limited to, and shall not exceed the purchase price paid. Superior Implement disclaim any liability for product defect claims that are due to product misuse, improper product selection or misapplication, and any descriptions do not express or imply a warranty that the products are merchantable or fit a particular purpose.
Batteries/ Chemicals/ Paints/ Petroleum Products
Because of the restrictions in shipping these items under Hazardous Material Laws, Superior Implement will not sell these items to be shipped. You must buy these items in store.
Processing & Handling Fees
Unlike Amazon, Wal-Mart, or other online ordering services you are getting your orders handled with personal care. You have someone to call and ask questions directly. We will be evaluating every part order to make sure you are receiving what your need. We will be emailing or calling you when the need arises. We also will be required to package and ship your parts to you. This requires human resources here in America. These are not prepackaged and ready to ship parts straight from the factory. We hope you understand we are selling you Parts with Services. We appreciate your business and hope to provide you convenience with support.
Order Priority and Cut Off Time
Orders must be made prior to 12 PM Eastern Time to ensure Shipper Pickup is same day. Orders placed after 12 PM Eastern Time will be processed the next Business Day. Parts will be sold on a 'First Come- First Serve' basis. If another customer completes an order before your order is processed, this may delay your order. You will be notified. During our busy season Parts Availability may be subject to change.
Back Order/ Out of Stock
Superior Implement will contact you immediately in the event that there is a back order or the vendor reports an out of stock status. Superior Implement may offer an alternative method to satisfy your order. It is your responsibility to contact Superior Implement as soon as possible to complete your order.
Order Duration
Selling Parts online is a challenge. We depend on our vendors to ensure a supply of parts. Superior Implement has no control over our vendors, shippers, weather, or other things that may interfere with delivery of goods to you. Stock Orders and Special Orders often time require an additional wait time. When parts are needed faster than 3-5 business days there may be two separate charges for urgent delivery.
Sales Tax
If you live in a State that requires a separate reporting of online sales or use tax, it is your responsibility and not Superior Implement's to report and pay these online sales or use taxes. Superior Implement is only responsible for reporting sales tax to the state(s) that they are located.
