Our box features a 1/2" thick High Density Solid Poly Floor and 3/4" thick Solid Poly sides for easy cleaning and minimal freeze up. Also, less friction means less force needed to pull the load off. The box flares are made of SAE 304 Stainless Steel Easily accessible front drive chain utilizes a spring-loaded chain tensioner to reduce premature wear. A greaseable shear sprocket assembly protects other components should the beaters be overloaded. Sprockets configurable for a 540 RPM or 1000 RPM PTO Drive Main beater is directly driven by a 90° bevel gearbox with a 1:1 Ratio.
