Hours are actual. Tractor originally belonged to an elderly gentleman in Florida who got sick and it sat for 20 years. When I purchased it, I replaced all of the filters and fluids including planetary gear oils except for the coolant along with replacing any dry rotted seals and hoses. All instruments are currently in working order. Tractor includes the optional HD bucket that came with the better geometry Bush Hog loader. Loader also has full float option as shown. Tractor is equipped with a 2 stage clutch and is sound. This one also has the newer 3.3l Perkins engine with the exhaust manifold on the right hand side and has the industrial commercial R4 tires and charging system. I only put 100 hrs on it since I bought it and have decided to get out of farming otherwise I would have kept this one as it is a very nice running machine with a great power to weight ratio. I included a pic of the loader carrying a 1400lb roll of hay just to show how nice this loader and tractor handles weight. It does have some dry rot on the left front tire and is leaking air and will require a tube. Otherwise I do not know of any issues.
